CU CROP Hunger Walk 2025 Is Coming!

Now that the government has pulled the rug out from under people with food insecurity, it is now more urgent than ever for the community to come together and offer its support! CU CROP Hunger Walk is a great way to help fight hunger and poverty, both locally and globally.

The walk will be on Sunday, October 5th. Up until then our team, the UU Walkers, will be gathering donations for this worthy cause. Of the funds raised, 25% will go to four local groups: Daily Bread Soup Kitchen, Eastern Illinois Food Bank, Sola Gratia Farm, and Wesley Food Pantry. The other 75% will go wherever it is needed most in the world.
